• Offers transitional support to adults hospitalized on inpatient psychiatric units in Monroe County.
• Offers community navigation to services, temporary benefits and housing.
• Offers a court approved Anger Management Program.
• Provides a Self-Help Drop-in Center offering peer based crisis support and hospital diversion.
• Hosts Monroe County Partners for Suicide Prevention Coalition.
