Supervised Visitation Program

thru: Society for the Protection and Care of Children

Offers a professional supervised visitation/exchange for families who have either been court ordered or families whose children are in foster care.

Eligibility: Families within the child welfare system (children in foster care or with a relative, under the supervision of Monroe County Department of Human Services). Families referred through Family Court, DV Court or IDV Court wherein one parent/caregiver has been ordered to have supervised contact.

Application Process: Referral from Family Court, Department of Human Services, Supreme Court, Drug Court, Domestic Violence Court.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff

Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered
