Provides court-ordered Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) for certain people with mental illness who, given their treatment history and present circumstances, are unlikely to survive safely in the community without supervision.

Eligibility: Age 18 and older. Suffer from mental illness. Unlikely to survive in the community without supervision, based on clinical determination. Have a history of non-compliance with treatment for mental illness.Call for more information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Languages: Spanish- Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated, Website can be translated
