• Provides quality care and early childhood educational programs, including:
- Pre-Kindergarten for 3 and 4 year olds
- Head Start
- Early Head Start
- Early Childhood programs
- Full day child care
- Full day summer camp
- Summer Kindergarten enrichment and Summer LEAP programs
• Provides access to family support services for those enrolled in these programs, including;
- Parenting skills coaching
- Resource referrals
- Education and vocational training
- Job search assistance
Eligibility: Child care 6 weeks-4 years old. After-school and summer programs for 5-12 years old. Pre-K available for families who reside in City of Rochester.
