Empowers youth, adults, and families to navigate challenges with confidence, strengthen resilience and well-being through advocacy support, family strengthening programs, parent education, and voluntary youth respite. Connects eligible Medicaid recipients to essential community resources, including housing, food, employment, and education to promote long-term stability and success.
