FACIT Program

(Program)

* Responds to cases involving domestic disputes, mental health issues, landlord tenant problems, child abuse, juvenile delinquency, needs of the elderly and similar concerns. FACIT counselors also intervene as a Crisis Response Team in critical incidents such as deaths due to a homicide, suicides, SIDS, and accidents.  

Eligibility: Be in crisis as stated.

Application Process: For crisis situations, call Rochester City Police. Police will decide if FACIT should be contacted. For information about FACIT or other referral information, call number listed.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.
