• Provides Early Childhood Programs that consist of the following three programs: Early Head Start- community based program for low-income families with infants, toddlers, and pregnant women, Head Start- provides educational, health, nutritional, social, and family support, Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) a state funded program one year before kindergarten.
