Provides colorectal cancer screening.

  • Fecal occult blood test.
  • Screening colonoscopy.

Eligibility: Uninsured, underinsured. Fecal occult blood test: Men and women ages 45 years and older, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.

Fees: No fee for services. Medicaid coverage for treatment available to eligible individuals screened by this program.

Coverage Note: Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Schuyler and Tioga Counties.
