Cancer Services - Colorectal
thru: CSP/Cancer Services Program of Steuben, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties
• Provides colorectal cancer screening.
- Fecal occult blood test.
- Screening colonoscopy.
Eligibility: Uninsured, underinsured. Fecal occult blood test: Men and women ages 45 years and older, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.

Fees: No fee for services. Medicaid coverage for treatment available to eligible individuals screened by this program.
