- Parent/Child Interaction
- Labor and Delivery Preparation
• Provides connection to community resources.
• Provides voluntary home-based services for expecting parents and families with young children, promoting healthy development, strengthening parent/child relationships.

Eligibility: Expectant parents and parents of newborns up to 3 months. Services are offered to enrolled families until the child is 3-5 years of age.
