Family Reimbursement Program
thru: Starbridge
• Assist families with increased costs for a family member living at home with a developmental disability.
- Expenses may include goods and services, respite care, community involvement, and other items.
Language Access
Eligibility: Eligible with Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Application Process: Accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Finger Lakes Region. Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates Counties.
