Healthy Families and NY Home Visitation Program.

• Provides visitation services to expectant parents and families with infants that promotes optimal pre-natal, better birth outcome and positive growth and development in order to improve patient child bonding, maternal health.

• Provides child visitation services bi-weekly during the early pre-natal period.

​• Provides weekly visitation services during the last trimester until the child is at least 6 months old.

​• Offers periodical calls thereafter based on the need of the family until the child begins school.
