Adult Day Health Care

• Offers a day program for adults with physical, psychosocial, and medical needs. Encourages self-esteem, social interactions, and independence to keep the participants with their caregivers in the community.

• Social work.
• Activity programs.
• Assistance with daily medication.
• Personal care and hygiene.
• Nursing (on-site lab work, wound care, acute medical needs).
• Arrangement and transportation to and from medical appointments.
• Physical, speech, and occupational therapies.
• A hot noon meal that can accommodate special diets.
• Foot care.

• Provides breakfast for the Early Bird Program; transportation is provided to and from the program within Monroe County.
