Eligibility:
People of all ages may be able to pass life on through the gift of organ, eye and tissue donation. Medical conditions at the time of death determine what organs and tissues can be donated. Individuals should not rule themselves out when considering registering as an organ, eye and tissue donor. In New York State, persons 16 years of age or older may enroll in the New York State Donate Life Registry. See "Application Process" below to register to pass life on through the gift of organ donation.
