Programs that accept new or secondhand clothing (including school clothing and uniforms) for children and/or adolescents, repair the items if necessary, and keep the clothing for use in their own programs, donate it to shelters and other community-based organizations for distribution to the people they serve, or sell it to raise money for agency programs.
IDs must be provided for each member of the family for that member to receive clothes. Acceptable ID forms include benefit cards, birth certificate, social security card, driver's license and non-driver's ID. Families permitted one visit once every three months.
