Natural Hair/Wig Donation Programs

Thru: Locks of Love

Eligibility:
Recipients: Ages 21 and younger. Donated hair: At least 10 inches (preferably 12 inches) long. Bundled in a ponytail or braid. Clean and dry. Must not be bleached. Mailed in a plastic bag placed in padded envelope via regular mail.
