Programs that provide emotional support, information and guidance for veterans who have emotional problems including post traumatic stress disorder relating to experiences in the service, or who are having other difficulties adjusting to their civilian status.
Active military duty in any combat theater or area of hostility, experienced a military sexual trauma, provided direct emergent medical care or mortuary services to the casualties of war, member of an unmanned aerial vehicle crew that provided direct support to operations in a combat zone or area of hostility, Vietnam Veterans who have accessed care at a Vet Center prior to January 2, 2013, and bereavement services to family members who experience and active-duty death.
