Evaluates and makes a referral for the appropriate level of care: Detoxification Inpatient Outpatient Coordinates transportation to the treatment facility (even if it’s out of Monroe County). Provides peer support. Provides substance use education and information as well as Narcan training and distribution.
Drug User Health Hub - Program
287 Genesee Street
Provides Medication assisted treatment (Suboxone). Offers overdose prevention, aftercare, and safety planning for individuals who experience opioid overdose. Includes Narcan (naloxone) training and kits. Connects individuals to substance treatment. Offers training to providers to ensure availability of medical, mental health, and substance use services for people who use drugs. Provides on-site mental health counseling services.

Offers in-home intervention, assessment, care management and counseling for older adults who abuse alcohol and/or prescription or street drugs. Provides linkage to chemical dependency programs. Offers supportive counseling and education for families and caregivers.
Inpatient Rehabilitation - Program

Provides inpatient substance abuse and chemical specialty rehabiliation. Services include: Evaluation at local office for inpatient and after-care programs. Medically supervised detoxification. Co-occurring disorders Medication assisted treatment (suboxone/methadone/vivitrol) Family programs Gender specific units. Offers transportation assistance from home to the facility.
