Ages 18 years or older. Survivor of brain injury (medically or traumatically related) or other neurological challenges. Day program requirements: Able to to care for basic needs (feeding, self-medication and toileting). Capable of self-managing behavior.

Must be in need of a medical model program. Resident of area served.

Spanish, American Sign Language, Russian

Residents of Livingston County and surrounding areas.
Ages 18 years and older. Service provided per physician's orders. RN and social worker interviews on site or in home.

Veteran of one of the US Armed Forces. Honorably discharged. Veterans of allied countries may be treated if care is authorized by said countries.
