Active military duty in any combat theater or area of hostility, experienced a military sexual trauma, provided direct emergent medical care or mortuary services to the casualties of war, member of an unmanned aerial vehicle crew that provided direct support to operations in a combat zone or area of hostility, Vietnam Veterans who have accessed care at a Vet Center prior to January 2, 2013, and bereavement services to family members who experience and active-duty death.

Males 18 years of age or older. Males who have been homeless consistently for one year or more and who has had four or more episodes of homelessness in the past three years. Clients can be intoxicated but must be safe to self and others.
