Ages 18 years and older. Must be in recovery with substance use disorder.

Resident of area served, as long as client can drive there.

Resident of Wayne County.

Individual resides in Monroe County, is 18 years and older, and is the primary caregiver of child or children: 13 years old or younger. (Please note: if a child has a disability-eligibility can be up to 18 years of age). Individual is interested in increasing skills through short term training and​/or career advancement in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing, or Information Technology.

Individual with vison loss, hearing loss or both. Within 400% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Homeless.

Ages 13-19 years, pregnant or parenting.

Ages 11-19.

Ages 11-18.
