Must be between 5-21 years of age. Must have a developmental disability.

YouthBuild: high school dropouts, 17-24 years. Navigator: out-of-school youth ages 17-24. GO: 18-24 years old who have been involved in the justice system. WDUI: underemployed or unemployed Rochester area residents. REE: Currently incarcerated adults 18 years and older who will soon be released to the Rochester area.

Ages 16-24 years, income eligible, must be a US Citizen or legal resident. Must live on campus.

Must be a family with a child ages birth to 5 years showing signs of developmental delay, and live in the area served.
