Individual resides in Monroe County, is 18 years and older, and is the primary caregiver of child or children: 13 years old or younger. (Please note: if a child has a disability-eligibility can be up to 18 years of age). Individual is interested in increasing skills through short term training and​/or career advancement in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing, or Information Technology.

Anyone 18 or older.

Parents who have given birth and pregnant people, 18 years of age or older parenting a child under the age of 4 years. Resident of area served.

Ages 13-19 years, pregnant or parenting.

Individuals ages 17-25.

16 years old or older. High school diploma or equivalent.

Nurses or other health professionals currently working in a care manager capacity, or aspiring to enter the field.

Ages 18 and older. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Proof of veteran​/discharge status and family members. Veterans Treatment Court: For veterans with nonviolent criminal charges who have a substance abuse or mental health diagnosis.
