Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) serves individuals, families and children through over 40 programs designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, and mitigate crisis.
Hours
Administrative Office: M-F 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours vary by program and include weekend and evening hours
Domestic Violence Hotline is in service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
