• Conducts planning and research.
- Coordination of short and long term research for new programs.
- Analysis and evaluation of on going programs.
- Cooperation with community organizations to develop fire prevention programs.

Eligibility: Protective Volunteer Force: Ages 18 years and over. Resident of City of Rochester. Pass a physical exam.
