- Individual and group options.
- In person and virtual options.
- 5 sessions in total.
Additional Groups
- Self-Care Group for Youth and Students.
- Self-Care and Wellness Group for Workforce.

Eligibility: Must be 12 years of age and older with a behavioral health condition that negatively impacts your ability to function in daily living activities; OR be in a recovery phase. Participants also must have 1-3 support-people to attend sessions with the participant.
