Eligibility: Resident of area served. Ages 18-64 years. Diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.

Fees: No fee for services. Must be Medicaid-eligible.
Coverage Note: Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates Counties.
