Community Services Program

• Provides support to people with disabilities. Includes: Community Habilitation services - assists with increasing an individuals overall independence, Respite services - offers group activities for socialization and recreation opportunities, ISS services - offers financial assistance to people who are looking to live independently.
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Call for information. ISS services: 18 years of age who are looking to live independently.
