Saint Lawrence Mobile Response Team
thru: Saint Lawrence Pyschiatric Center
• Provides crisis intervention, client/situation stabilization services face-to-face to divert non-lethal individuals from the county's psychiatric emergency departments as well as to find, support and link individuals to mental health services. Some services include:
- Mental health assessments.
- Medication assessment as appropriate.
- Follow up.
Eligibility: Must be current patient or referred by school.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis and Saint Lawrence Counties.
