Q Center services will be provided via phone and Internet-based methods. HIV/STD/Hepatitis C Testing has been suspended until further notice.

• Offers a support center for LGBTQ youth:
  • HIV, STD, and Hepatitis C testing.
  • Support Groups
  • Mental health evaluation
  • Case management
  • Rapid re-housing services

Eligibility: Ages 12-22. Identify as LGBTQ.

Application Process: Call or walk in for appointment.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, and Oneida Counties.
