- Social change advocacy.
- Youth programs.
- Offers free NYS ID, Birth certificates, and Social Security Cards for participating clients.
Eligibility: Recently released from jail or prison; or struggling with substance use disorder. Resident of area served. 21 years and older.
Application Process: Call for information. For ID program must be a participant.

Fees: No fee for services.
