• Provides care for Veterans with substance abuse problems including:
- Assessments.
- Counseling.
- Education Groups.
- Support Groups.
- Referral for vocational planning.
- Referrals to other community programs.
- Department of Motor Vehicle programs.
- Aftercare Planning.
- Long-term Treatment.
Eligibility: Veteran's beneficiaries. Verified service. Service time with general or honorable discharge.

Coverage Note: Western New York State including Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Schuyler, Steuben, Yates, Chemung, Seneca and Livingston Counties, as well as Tioga, Potter, and Allegany counties in Pennsylvania.
