• Provides care for Veterans with substance abuse problems including:
- Assessments
- Counseling
- Education Groups
- Support Groups
- Referral for vocational planning
- Referrals to other community programs
- Department of Motor Vehicle programs
- Aftercare Planning
- Long-term Treatment
Eligibility: Veteran's beneficiaries. Verified service. Service time with general or honorable discharge.

Coverage Note: Western New York State including Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Schuyler, Steuben, Yates, Chemung, Seneca and Livingston Counties, as well as Tioga, Potter, and Allegany counties in Pennsylvania.
