Teenage Parent Support Services (TAPSS) Program
• Provides comprehensive, long term case management and counseling services to young parents and their children.
Services include:
- Home visiting.
- Parenting education.
- Employment services.
- Education support.
- Peer support groups.
Cultural Competency
Eligibility: Pregnant or parenting youth, male or female, ages 12-21 years old.
Application Process: Call the program supervisor or fill out referral form on the SPCC website. Referrals may also be made through Monroe County DHS, Preventive Unit if there is a risk of foster care placement.
