• Accepts property complaints against landlords.
• Assists with landlord/tenant problems.
• Informs landlord of violations.
• Informs Housing Unit at DSS. Housing Unit has the ability to withhold rent for tenants who are on public assistance whose landlords refuse to fix property after a reasonable amount of time.
