Assistance for Homeless Veterans

• Provides case management for veterans who are homeless or facing homelessness. Services include:
- Housing search assistance.
- Assistance with shelter placement.
- Information and referral for other housing assistance programs.
Eligibility: Meets criteria for Homeless Programs Services. Please contact HCHV Outreach.
