Substance Use Disorder Community Residence Programs

• Provides services to adults in recovery with substance use disorder. Services include:
- Residential services.
- Residential group homes as well as supervised apartments.
- Support services.
- Individual and group counseling.
- Recreational programs as well as educational and vocational programs.
Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older. Must be in recovery with substance use disorder.
Application Process: Referral must be made by treatment provider.
