Alcohol and Substance Use Disorder Treatment

• Provides outpatient alcohol and substance abuse treatment services. Services include: Evaluation, often same day, and assessment, Group and individual therapy, Medication Assisted Treatment, LGBTQIA+ & Allies Support Group.

• Offers DWI evaluations.

Eligibility: Anyone struggling with an Alcohol or Substance Use Disorder.

Application Process: Call for an appointment.

Required Documentation: Insurance/Medicaid card and picture ID or private pay without insurance. If individual needs insurance there are enrollers on site.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income, Medicaid, Private insurance, Private pay.
