• Provides assessment for mental health and substance abuse issues, including heroin or opioid addiction, other drug addictions, alcoholism, and mental health or emotional crises.
• Determines level of care needed and links individuals to the appropriate level of care, including:
- Detox
- Overdose prevention
- Inpatient services
- Outpatient services
- Residential treatment
- Emergency care

Eligibility: Mental health services: Age 5 or older. Substance abuse: Age 14 or older.
Application Process: Call or drop in.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: Access Center: No fee for service. Clinic services: Accepts all insurances. Sliding fee scale.
Coverage Note: Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties. No one is turned away.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
Languages: - Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line
