• Offers crisis prevention and intervention support to people with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or behavioral health needs.
- Crisis Plan Development.
- Consultation, education, and training.
- Crisis Response.
- Short-term thrapeutic coaching.
- Short-term therapeutic resource center.
Eligibility: 6 years of age and older. OPWDD eligibility. Co-occurring mental health or behavioral health concerns that is causing stress within the person's system of care.
