- Inpatient.
- Residential.
- Outpatient.
• Coordinates transportation to the treatment facility.
• Provides lived experience through peer support.
• Provides education and information as well asNarcan training and kits.

Eligibility: Age 16 or older.
Application Process: Walk-in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Individuals without health insurance are accepted. Call for more information.
