• Oversees 3 transitional homes for homeless people in the Rochester area including parolees.
• Provides services including, but not limited to:
- Food.
- Clothing.
- Hygiene products.
- Medical linkages including mental health and prescriptions.
- Case management services.

Eligibility: Males age 18 and older recently released from incarceration and are homeless.
Application Process: Referrals are made through parole officers, DSS or clergy.
Required Documentation: Birth Certificate and Social Security Card.
Fees: No fee for service.
