• Provides outpatient substance use treatment that offers:
- Assessment/Evaluation
- Individual and group therapy
- Family counseling
- Anger management
- Relapse prevention
- Medication Assisted Treatment
Eligibility: Individuals needing support with substance use.
Application Process: Referral through the courts, social service agencies, probation department, friends, family, or self referral.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid, private health insurance, and sliding scale based on income.
