• Helps kids with different problems through case managers. They can help with:
- Getting ready for a job.
- Doing well in school.
- Finding a place to stay.
- Getting food.
- Getting clothes.
- Getting transportation.
- Dealing with the law.
- Having fun and learning new things.
Eligibility: Age 13-19 with multiple service needs.
Application Process: Drop in, call, or send referral through MyWayFinder.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
