Youth Skillbuilding and Peer Support
thru: Compeer Rochester
• Provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR or Skill building) services which are designed to assist youth with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and or environmental barriers associated with a behavioral health condition. PSR intends to increase the individuals function level to the fullest possible and as necessary for integration of the individual as an active and productive member of their family, community, and culture.
Language Access
Eligibility: Youth that meets medical criteria as identified by a licensed clinical practitioner.
Application Process: Referrals made through mental health provider.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid.
Coverage Note: Monroe County.
Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered, Staff provides in-person interpreter
