Aging Services
thru: JFS Rochester
• Provides case management, assistance applying for entitlement programs, information, advocacy and referrals for homecare, transportation, caregiving, housing and other community resources.
• Offers a volunteer phone call program for the homebound older adults.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 55 and up.
Application Process: Call or email.
Required Documentation: Proof of residency.
Fees: Donations accepted.
