Early Intervention Program

Provides early intervention services to help children develop birth to age three.

  • Social and emotional skills

Provides a preschool special education program for age three to five years old.

Eligibility: Birth to five years of age. Must have a confirmed developmental delay, have a medical or physical diagnosis with a high probability of developmental delay, have been screened and found to need further evaluation, suspected of or at high risk for developmental delays in one or more of the following domains: Cognitive, communication, motor, social/emotional and adaptive (self-help). Refer your own child to Early Intervention services, or a health care or child care professional can do it with your permission.

Application Process: Call to make a referral.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
