Teenage Parent Support Services Program
thru: Society for the Protection and Care of Children
• Provides comprehensive, long term case management and counseling services to young parents and their children. Services include:
- Home visiting
- Parenting education
- Employment services
- Education support
- Peer support groups
Cultural Competency
Eligibility: Young parents ages 21 and under and their children.
Application Process: Call the program supervisor or fill out referral form on the SPCC website. Referrals may also be made through Monroe County DHS, Preventive Unit if there is a risk of foster care placement.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe County.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff, Staff reflects population served
