Maternal and Child Health Program
thru: Cayuga County Health Department
• Provides prenatal and postpartum support to individuals, parents and guardians by facilitating linkage to services with Certified lactation counselors available for in person assessment or over the phone guidance.

Eligibility: Pregnant women of any age and/or newborn/infants.
Application Process: Call for information. Self referral, agency referral, physicians.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid. Low income guidelines.
