Available to Autistic and Neurodivergent adults who are diagnosed or self-identified on the autism spectrum, Neurodiverse couples, and families with parents or children on the autism spectrum.

Referral required for physical therapy.

School Program: ages 5-21 years. Adult Training Program: ages 21+ years, no age cap and are Medicaid eligible. Community Habilitation: Medicaid eligible and by 23 years have one documented developmental disability.

American Sign Language

Must have established eligibility with OPWDD, are Medicaid enrolled and have enrolled in care coordination through prime care or Person Centered services.

Individuals with serious health issues and​/or other social​/emotional situations including but not limited to: cancer, long-term or chronic illness, Downs Syndrome, Autism, Asperger's, at-risk youth, Anxiety Disorder, depression, OCD, ADD​/ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Reactive Detachment Disorder, learning disabilities, documented social or emotional debilitation, life transitions​/family Issues, trauma, abuse, neglect and​/or life-altering setbacks.

Resident in area served who have developmental disabilities, dementia or are post partum.

Children ages 0-21.

Must receive or be eligible for OPWDD services.
